Description

It takes a lot of qualities to be a hero though being a robot with flying abilities that’s programmed for justice is a good start like in Hero 3: Flying Robot. In this entry in the series, the hero is a flying robot that has taken to surveying the city from the alleged safety of the sky. While patrolling, a bunch of colorfully dressed bad guys have perched themselves in various locations where they can get a clear shot of the hero robot as it flies around. That’s why you’ve gotta take control and show them who’s protecting the city.

About Hero 3: Flying Robot

The hero series is an interesting one that tries to do something different with each entry and there don’t seem to be any limits. This game gives you quite a lot of freedom as a hero since you aren’t restricted to the ground and can freely move in the open air. This gives you a lot of options in terms of targeting bad guys and unleashing your robot’s might. Of course, you need to be conscious of collateral damage but luckily your weapons seem to be designed not to break anything.

How to Play

Hero 3: Flying Robot is a 3D third-person game about controlling a flying robot that fires all sorts of weapons using the mouse and keyboard.

Controls

• Cursor – Look/Aim

• Right Mouse Button – Fire Laser Beam
• W/Up Arrow – Move Forward
• S/Down Arrow – Move Backward
• A/Left Arrow – Move Left
• D/Right Arrow – Move Right

• Shift – Speed Up

The goal is to eliminate all the enemies in the city before moving on. Your health will be shown in the bottom left corner while your weapon cooldowns are at the bottom of the screen. The number of enemies in the city is shown in the top corner of the screen and aiming reticles will outline where they are in the city. If you’re taken down before you take them down, you’ll have to try the level from the beginning.

Unlike other characters, this flying robot is designed to have unlimited ammo in all of its weapons. All you need to worry about is the cooldown for your rockets and laser beam. The laser blaster is infinite and precise. Enemies are easy to spot with their bright colors and come in two varieties small and large. When you’re in range of enemy attacks, they’ll aim with red laser sights and shoot at you with various weapons.

Tips and Tricks

The robot is quite powerful and has a lot of mobility that you can use to your advantage. As long as you keep moving, enemies will have a very hard time hitting you. You can also be quite accurate with your laser blasts while rockets can be locked onto multiple targets.
