In this game, you’re not mining directly or even playing as a miner, but you’re overseeing all of the operations. How to Play
Idle Mining Empire is a 2D idle game about setting up and running a mining business using only the mouse. The game UI is all controlled by moving the cursor over to the different elements and then clicking with the Left Mouse Button. To direct your workers, you need to click on them when they’re idling and they’ll perform their duties before returning back to the idling state. The goal is to grow and expand a mining empire as you dig deeper and for greater profit.
The operations are broken into three different areas: Mining, collecting, and transporting. Click your miner to have them mine some coal and transport it to the nearby cart. Click the elevator operator to descend and collect coal from carts and then process it for shipping. Click the transport worker on the surface to collect the processed goal and ship it out to gain profit. The profit can be put toward upgrading each of the areas to be more efficient and effective. You can also use it to unlock new mine shafts and higher managers to automate your workers.
If a worker is not active, they will have some Zs floating by their head. Managers work automatically and can sometimes be boosted to speed up their automation effects.
Tips and Tricks
This is an idle game that requires a fair amount of input on your part. Until you upgrade enough to unlock more managers, you need to be hands-on with your clicking and enter into a rhythm moving between the different areas. Mines should always take priority for upgrades followed by the collection areas.
